So, here we begin. 14 stone the week of Christmas. Can I be 13 stone 12.5 in a week? Let's see.

That's My Goal

In an attempt to permanently lose 63 lbs (4.5 stone) and reach my long-awaited goal weight, I've set myself a target of losing 1.5 lbs per week for 52 weeks. Some weeks I'll lose more, some weeks I'll lose less. So, to motivate myself I'll store "extra" pounds lost here to "borrow" in those more difficult weeks. Join me on my journey from 14 stone to 9 and a half!
